Spenderzone prüfen

Ein diffuses Muster bedeutet, dass auch die Spenderzone betroffen sein kann. Trichoskopie klärt, ob dort genügend stabile Follikel vorhanden sind.

Ursache zuerst

Hormonelle Ursachen, Schilddrüse und Eisenmangel werden zuerst abgeklärt. Ist die Ursache behandelbar, geht die Therapie der Operation voraus.

Klare Indikation

Bei stabilem Befund und klar begrenzter Zone – etwa an der Stirnlinie oder am Scheitel – ist eine FUE-Transplantation gut planbar.

Muss ich mich rasieren?

Der Spenderbereich am Hinterkopf wird auf etwa 1–2 mm rasiert – medizinisch notwendig für eine präzise FUE-Entnahme. Je nach Umfang ist eine Teilrasur möglich, bei der die oberen Haarschichten den rasierten Bereich abdecken. Eine Vollrasur ist nur bei sehr grossen Sitzungen nötig.
